Hi Marcus,
sounds like your differential lock is stuck (so a picture wouldn't help) Scaleart will take a while to get back to you, but they will. Just be patient. - is a long weekend in most of Europe. Al the best and hopefully you can soon finish your build. Out of curiosity, what are you assembling? Stephan
