What is your state &/or federal sales tax?

For me it's 5% provincial & 5% federal.

If one are not logged in to the Premacon site, one sees the prices including the 19% german VAT. One divide the prices by 1.19, and that will be the NET price one will be charged, if living outside Germany. In the customs clearance documents that will be following the package, the NET price, + shipping cost, will be listed. Customs will charge the local VAT, + possible a fixed cost, like 10-30 USD (?), for doing the customs declaration, before passing the package on. That's the way it functions in Europe at least.

Since the excavator is considered a Toy (HS Code : 950380), there will be no tariff tax. But I am not sure on local state taxes. Anyone know if customs will add a state tax for California residents?

I bought few items from Premacon before and never got charged for anything so far. Always less than 1000,00 dollars total price and the same for Japan and China but always as toy. I do live in NJ and there is not state that like Our money like NJ. Lol.

I got my excavator from Premacon sent today after almost 8 months waiting. As soon I get my hands on it I`ll let you know if and how much they charge me.
