it's funny how every company has it's own styling cues and body lines that are specific to THAT particular brand or model. I like your attention to detail and how you've captured the flavor of the Western Star classic. Keep at it, it looks like you've nailed this one.

had to cut a hole in the hood to flatten it abit more in order to fit the cool grill from Paul.and i will have to section the front of the nose in order to get the grill to sit a bit more flush between the headlights.with this grill it is really starting to look like a Western Star...thanks Paul!!!!

got alot more done on this Western Star also finished the styrene work from the templates i made ,now i need to add the polyester bodyfill to smooth out the lines and hide the styrene and fill in the small gaps so everything flows together,body work should be done by the weekend and then primered and paint.here are some pictures with PKD ..paul grill he made for me

started to add the polyester fill to fill in the holes and finish shaping the cab to the somewhat ...lol shape of the Western Star Heritage

all primed and added the bunk cap clip to the side of the bunk..i know thats not what its called but the name has eluded me right now...lol
 got some colour on it ..testors one coat ..Star Spangled Blue

Decided to do this stripe scheme .freehand..hope i can duplicate it on the right side the same as the left ..lol
