This started as a Izzy dozer which got me some of the base components .
somewhat how it started ![]() tractor almost finished with the mods , still a ton to doo . ![]() ![]() I made a ripper for it ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() next the blade assembly ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() now I did go a lil crazy on detail here ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() There's a thickened plate welded inside for threading where the top link attaches and the ball socket will attach .

You are a fantastic engineer!
Nice work on this dozer, it should also perform well being so heavy, dozers need good ground weight for tractive force Very nice, I will follow this build |

Hi steve-I am always impressed by you and 9w making parts from steel. I can't do that!!! I just ruin tooling. I guess that is the difference in a machinist and a backyard-hacker. Guess I will stick with brass and aluminum. Your dozer looks good and I am sure it will work good.

Tom, I love cutting steel . Aluminum and I have a love hate relationship when I started with it on the cnc equip. I took a break from polishing :blea: and pushed some hard ground with it ![]()

I worked on the tank and ROP this weekend . I didn't fuss on the inside of the tank , not that it will be seen .
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() the holes in the center are for spot welding ![]() I need to cut the bolt plates for the bottom of the ROPS then tig em on like the mating plates on the tank .
