Greg, Nice build you have going here. The wheels and tires look good... even better with paint. Looking forward to seeing how they do in the dirt for you. Keep up the good work!

RCLogger, your work is amazing. I think you should make

Its just a kato head, only something a little bigger than the whats in the photo for some real man trees. Or how about building a stroker?

Just a thought, I see them all the time and figured it would be so awesome to see them in rc. My familey was or is in the industry here in washington and those were how we cut our firewood before Weyerhauser caught wind of it haha As for the logs to run through them, your going to have to find some arrow sticks

I will get the Cat 980 built ( bucket/log grapple ) and then give your idea some thought.
Those heads are a work of art, lots of moving parts in them... I think there is tallented people on this thread who could build something like that, BUT I am not one of them...

The tires are solid rubber, I think they will dig a big hole in the ground quickly in soft material..

Nice loader, and a quick builder, already paint on it!
What type of drives do you have? Looks like 2(4) according to post 445.

It looks real good Greg. Is it going to raise the bucket high enough to load a Tamiya scale truck? Keep up the good work. Ed
