Hi, not a bad job for a scratch biult Mack..... impresive.. I have one of the Cabs and its not a bad truck at all i love it its a very realistic cab, granted its not a perfect copy for perfectionists but a dam good look alike from the film Convoy and it is very strong as its made from fibreglass and Not styrene. which equates to value for money on the time spent making the original and them having a mold to be make and paid for.. if you can turn them cabs out for about £20 ill have 3 whenever you like

Thanks for the kind words roadie what i didnt say is how long its taken me to get this far So far its been just over a year and its still not any where near finished . Im about 90% done on the body work i still have the electrics biuld and fit as i cant strech the budget to get an MFU . Basicly all the lights will come on with one switch i am hoping to make a headache rack and fit a winch out back . I am however realy struggling with what colors to go with i was thinking of some sort of 70`s look and maybe wether it as i dont want a rubber duck truck !!! So if anyone has any pics of macks with cool paint jobs it would be most welcome im in desperate need of insperation

Keep on trucking

Dave

Hi marty no ive made my own from brass rod and strip. The windscreen frame and hinge are intergrated so that the hinge is attached to the A post of the frame and the windscreen and doors can be removed for painting . I will try to put up a pic of it for you

Hey swagger it was the talented Miss Maddie that has the puppies not me as the only puppy I have is the yellow bruder.....
Hi cossett Thanks eerr elbows not sure on that. The body sits that high for the exhust cross pipe and it meens that with a bit of knife work to the top of the gearbox ie removing the top two screws and the joint down the middle i can have a flat floor in the cab and it looks a bit more heavy duty i think. ive just been looking at your little yellow puppy very will it be R/C or is it all ready
