I don't remember Mitch building any blades himself, but what he usually did was use 1/24th scale D11 blades from CCM on the Stahl dozers he built.

HI, you are correct he did not build them. I should have worded that better. Yes he had them built by CCM. I actually spoke to Mitch over the phone when he was selling that amazing dozer. I almost bought it. I wish that I would have. He said that he had CCM make 2 of those blades. The one that was on the dozer and the other one he had in storage. So, not sure if he ever sold the one in storage or not. So, I called that CCM back in the day, to ask if they could build another one and they declined.
That blade was so cool... It made that dozer even more amazing that it already was.
The one that I bought from Tobias is as close as I could get. They take a bit to build though. A few years ago, I bought the "Light Weight Loading Bucket" from him for an additional bucket for my 966. MoRockN offered to build it for me. This is when he had more time. So, being that the kit came as full sheets of laser cut steel, the parts were attached to the sheets with a small bridge of steel. Each bridge had to be cut so the part could be removed. Then each part had to have all of the leftover bridge pieces cut/ground off. It was a lot of work for that bucket because at that time the bridges of steel were thick. MoRockN hooked me up! He did a wonderful job. As usual for anything he builds. Then I painted it and it turned out amazing.
Now, I look at this blade that I have in comparison. It has a much smaller bridge that attaches the parts to the sheet of steel. Much smaller. I can press the parts off of the sheet of steel with my hands and then a small amount of sanding. Should be much easier. Tobias refined his parts and made it easier for the consumer to build. Well it is sitting on my work bench next to my dozer, still.... I am excited to build it though. I hope soon, I will get to it. I am also working on the gearboxes for that dozer.
So, which attachments did you get?
