Cool Zomer Bros. Trucking Bull Hauler

Hello, I'm working on a Zomer Bros. Bull Hauler Ride. First off I'm gonna go with my own paint scheme when the truck comes in the mail. I will John do the painting and body work for me. And Truck will be a little stretched. Also this truck will have the new 389 headlights. My dad has a cousin that owns a welding shop and he will make the parts I need sense some people on here can't make the parts I need. Far as the trailer the under carriage will be pulled off and painted the same color as the frame of my truck, the fifth wheel pannel under the front of the cow wagon will be painted and the back trailer be painted the same as well. Right now I will post some pictures of my trailer that Izzy has finished up for me. Just need to make last payment and see will be on its way. lol it won't have much lights like Smiley's trailer. I will also post some drawing ideas I have for truck/ trailer this week or tmrw as well. Anyway here are some pictures of the trailer. And Monday I'll post some idea drawings...

Cool Re: Zomer Bros. Trucking Bull Hauler

Alright guys finally got the trailer in and now gonna start putting the rails on the sides of the trailer first. What I'm using to make the rails out of are some HO train tracks. And you can just slide the rails right off the flat piece or just cut all the black pieces off. But I decided to just slide them. After that I'll measure and cut them to the right length for the to look right on the trailer and I'll have more pictures on that this tuesday. Here are couple pictures

What are the rails for? Making ribs on the outside of the trailer?

Nate Tyler lives by me so he got to see mine at a truck show last year and is using the flex rail for the ladders and the cat walk rails like I did on my tri axle.

Yup just like Paul was explainig. Paul is it possible I can get some reflective tap from ya? or tell where I could get some. If its ok possible I can head over this weekend with the trailer and you can help me brain storm or kinda teach me what tools I should use for those rails. Cuz was thinking to solder them on cause idk what to use to get those train track rails to stick And I have to bend them to make the rails for the door but just need a way to get them to stay on without damaging my trailer.

Well after taking closer look at my distant uncles trailer the rails match size wise and look real more to me.

Cool Re: Zomer Bros. Trucking Bull Hauler

Ok guys got the King hauler kit few weeks back so finally I can get started on this truck. So here the pictures of the kit. And what it's gonna look like when its done. Just waiting a Johns reply so I can send the body off for body work and paint. This truck will be sweet to show to my dads friend. This is a real bull hauler truck in real life! but yea here ya go.. The grille is on it's way and the fenders I have yet to find a person to do them for me. I'll show you guys as I go along with the kit. The visor should be the next thing on my list to order. Here's the pictures

Here's what the whole thing will eventually look like and the paint scheme for it as well.

That's going to be a sharp truck. No pictures of the trailer though? Have you made any progress on it?

Not yet. I'm just deciding how I'm gonna get a porch light made in the front and the paint scheme on the back yet. Trailer I'm gonna do some more thinking on and planning before I start. So more likley be the last thing I start on but once I finish all the planning of it in the book I'll start. lol like to just do both at the same time but I have so much going on right know it's gonna be slow process.

Cool Re: Zomer Bros. Trucking Bull Hauler

Alright Guys its Body Work Time. Just got the primer done couple weeks ago and just starting on the body work now. Once that's done will repaint it with the primer and then give it some paint.

Getting rid of the holes for the switches on the back of the sleeper

Patching and smoothing out the holes I don't need

Good progress! Are you going to try and round off the top of the sleeper, like Peterbilt sleepers? That is going to be a sweet paint scheme! John does a really good job!
