Hi Tracy,
I'm in the 'inner west'... next door to Macq. Uni.

Apart from footpaths and carparks, is there any road-type track for trucks anywhere in Syd metro?

Cheers!

I worked out what area you live in years ago before I joined any rc site by your youtube videos some cycling mates are around your area and we use to ride those windy path ways behind your place to get to the uni on way to coffee at Concord, there's a couple of places in Olympic Park that would be good but that means getting there really early and putting witches hats up to stop people/bikes destroying them, back in the day there use to be a good road circuit in Merrylands they use to race any road vehicle and guys with tractor trucks would use it on different nights.

Cheers Tracy

hmm.. merrylands.. not too far from here..
went to Tempe once, was told they sometimes get a truck having a run on that course, between races...

doesnt seem to be anything organised just for trucks here in Sydney....
..might just have to do something about that!

G'day from the Northern Territory!

Been lurking on this forum drooling over the pics.

Just got my first Tamiya truck and trailer from HK (Stellahobbies). The local hobby shops here don't stock any RC big rig stuff.

Hi every one

I am Base in Lilydale/Mount Evelyn Area in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

I am new to Rc toys, but I do have a Rc SCORCHER 6X6 from when I was a Kid and it still runs but I think it need a new battery as it battery only give me about 15 mins of play time per charge.

I would like to get into Rc trucks and Rc construction equipment.

I have never Made a Rc model be for so I might need some help from time to time.

Looking to come to my first club meet soon as I hear their a club that meet in Ringwood which is about a 20 mins drive for me.

From Cameron.

Gday Guys
Just wanting to know if any clubs happening in the western Sydney area.
I'm from near to Penrith and wouldn't mind catching up with others to see what's the norm in the tiny trucking seen.
I'm also on the look out for a low-loader trailer but haven't found any that say Yeah I need to buy ONE of these, and cant be stuffed fabricating one from scratch due to I like scale as Possible.
Thanks Brad
