I finally got my truck. (photo's)

Hi just letting you all know that i finally got my MAN tonight from the hobby shop and gonna start putting it together tomorrow as it's at my dad's workshop seeing i dont have any room at home.

There will be photo's posted through out the build.

Hopefully this is what it will look like when it's finished.

I have finally got pictures for you of my truck. I have got some of what it looks like now but none of the building stages. It's still not finished it has taken 4 weeks to get it to where it is today.









I would like to thank my brother for repainting my truck after i stuffed it up the first time and my missus for being understanding and letting me go out to the shed to work on it.

I'm also chasing a set of guards like the ones on my back trailer to put on my front trailer.

I finally made my first exhaust stack for my MAN. Just need to make the second one hopefully it will turn out the same as the first and then a code of paint and it should look good i hope.

Nah i havent i spoke to a few people in the club about it and they said it doesn't need to be hooked up it's fine the way it is. If anything they said put one vertical and one horizontal.

Now working on the second stack and it's looking good so far just waiting for the soldering iron to heat up. It always happens with me one looks better then the other but it's looking the same.

Hi Shaun the pipes and those aerials improve the look of the MAN and the set back axles on the reef look good just needs some signage on the reefer maybe some Vinyl lettering so it easy to change if needed....

Thanks for the great comments guys. Next thing i'm looking at is putting a full set of gates on the A-trailer and checker plate on the chassis along with rope rails on the sides. Both trailers including my 3rd trailer and my truck will get side lights as well, off a different power supply and switch to brighten it up because it looks abit plain with front and rear lights.

Tracy i have already thought of putting signwriting on the reefer as i spoke to Tim on Sunday about it, the idea i have is putting the name and logo of the company i currently work for at the moment there are photo's below of different ways i was thinking of. The first photo is just the logo and phone number only and the second one is the whole lot the way our vans are in the company what are people's thoughts of the way it should be done??? I'm currently having meetings with the mangers of the company as they are over here in Perth for 2 days and i hopefully should have my answer by tomorrow night of whether it can happen fingers crossed.






I'm trying not to over do it because the company is not putting much in to it.

Which trailer Joe?? if it is the reefer well it looks fine now but it's not scratched or anything yet and hoping it's not going to be hahaha. The reefer has only appeared in 1 show at the moment because my other pan trailer was in pieces ready for paint and upgrades.
