Amazing Silvio! I love this truck! Good progress so far! What did you use to fill the gap on the rear panel? Can't wait for more!

Hi Skl1cent, This should be another good build from you as usual but you have to ditch that king grill other wise I hate to say it but it will look like one of Joe's trucks there been a few T800's made on here that you can see how to build one or maybe someone might be kind enough to build a grill for you cause I'd hate to see all that hard work done and someone says is that one of J***, Just a thought

Here are some pic's of the one I built and as for the grill when I converted it to 1/14 from measurements off the 1:1 the hood ended up being 3in wide about 1/2in narrower than the king grill. Mine is just made of styrene covered in monokote chrome.

I hope this helps.

Hey Trucker! its actually the back of the sleeper you know the little dooor that goes on there to hide the electronics? I cut that down n put it back there it will work with the clips n everything I will show u once more progress done

Cossett, LOL i know I wanted to do regular t800 but I think the owner of this cab has a metal grill that he wants to use and its the same size as the king hauler one so I guess thats why its this way hahahah I would do it my way but this is what was requested

I dont have the metal grill on hand but it mounts exactly and same size as the king hauler one, so thats the reason, if it was up to me, I would do my style grill

these are the ones I do personaly

so yep just following what was ordered there no connection to joe... lol no thanks my cabs are on the next level

Hey! I know that truck!! lol !

Looking good Silvio!

And I like the grill - even if it looks like one of Joe's.
He doesn't hold a patent on it ...

Are you going to attempt the rear cab extension?
THEN it won't look so much like a Joe build...
