Another Bloke from the West.
Hey Gidday Men and Ladies.
Just joined up after building my first RC truck, a Tamiya King Hauler. Can't recall ever enjoying building a model as much as that one before, what a totally neat truck. My plan is to recreate a Heavy Haulage Low Lowder that my Father use to drive through the 60's and 70's in Western Australia when our State was on a boom with the mining in the North West. ( The first one ) I have met and already got tons of help from a member and nice fella in Perth as well as made contact with a well known Getleman in the States who will be helping me out with some custom parts. Really looking forward to learning how to post things, search all the forums and sharing the build with you all. I want to build it out of steel, just can't imagine it being 14 times lighter.
