Default Mercedes 1850 converted to 4x4

Hey guys I was wondering what you all thought would be the best way to convert one of these 1850L delivery trucks to a 4x4.I just ordered one Friday I was thinking of using the tamiya high lift front axle. And a transfercase from rc4wd To connect front and rear axles to transmission.I want to run rc4wd 1.9 mud plugger tires and humvee beadlock wheels. Not sure what I will have to do to the rear for the wheels because its a dually unless I change out the rear axle to.

Run a tlt in the front and in the rear you wont be able to run a dual set up with the beadlocks they will stick out to far even on a semi axle that is how other guys have done it Russ did one a few years ago maybe he can post some picks.

building a 4x4 really isn't too hard to do. those merc's where built a few years ago, but i think i just used the stock servo mounting and made up some new tie rods.

Ok man i ordered a tlt front axle and the high lift f350 leaf springs. For the back axle I'm gonna buy the 12mm x 12mm spacer for the back axle so I can run the bead locks I want and the 1.9 mud plugger tires.

Why didn't I think of 4WD, What is the difference between the original and new width of axles?

Looking forward to seeing more updates
