The fuel tanks on the Knight hauler don't "swing away", the back or inside of the tanks are kntched out for the battery holder. So unless you cut the inside of your aluminum tanks out the battery holder will not work. I have a Knight Hauler chassis that I run a 3000 MA 6 cell which is velcroed to the bottom of the deck plate and basically lays between the rails, it works fine. I found it easier to remove the deck plate to get the battery out.
