Wow Freddy that's looking REALLY nice.
  Just fantastic.Not sure what you were planning to do on the grill pieces to black out behind the letters. I was just taking a black Sharpie marker and filling in behind the letters and the S logo. Don't worry about getting marks on the letters - just come back with a rag a little damp with alcohol and clean the black off the letters. It's tricky but works. Let me know if you find a better way.
