Some more pics

First one is my favorite. I didn't see him do it but Mike dumped a load of dirt out front of RCP metalworks. I saw the pile afterwards sitting there and had a good laugh. so happy he caught a pic of it

As I look at this pic I realize I have a problem..... Only 2 out of 6 are metal

These come from one of Susan's friends who came over to take some pics

Hey Bigford no big NS units available in this scale . What I'm running is two foot narrow guage trains . Standard guage would be Hugh and massive I'll figure out the size later

Mike , 1"(1:12) scale is so close to our truck scale . 4.75" track gage I'll have to put a truck beside one for comparison .

Great get together Mario . I guess it's good I stayed home and kept the pit hog away .

It was a really good time Steve and the pit hog would have loved it too

A few more pics.....

Mike trying to sneak away with the excavator....didn't get far though

Then he tried taking the loader and roller, actually got out of town limits with this load and was seen on the north highway

Everyone likes my radio tree.

Such beautiful rail cars, I was terrified of hitting never did hit one but as you can see, didn't hit the dirt inside either.

The fuel attendant has been doing this job a very long time

That inspector was up and down the rails causing all kinds of trouble.

In the local newspaper again.

http://www.saultstar.com/2016/08/07/big-time-fun

Also had a Local TV reporter and camera man, just waiting for that to be posted sometime this week. Can't wait to see how that turns out.
The camera guy had a big grin on his face the entire time. I heard him say to the reporter, " I am getting such killer footage! Best shoot I've ever been too "

I had a nice pile of stone dust that needed hauling but a few dump trucks couldn't make it so was tough to do with one dump truck Next year I need more construction equipment to attend.

Really , really upset I couldn't get there Mario!! This summer has been one of the busy ones for me in a long time. Moving out, moving in, ect,, and work has been busy too!! Lately just a couple hours of relaxing is a treat for me!! Haven't ran more than a couple batteries this whole summer!! Really missed being up to see you and the awesome set up you have!! Should have shipped up the dozer for ya!! I'll get up there next time Mario!! I just couldnt get the time, and needed more than a half day to play with two days driving.

Great pictures supermario and looks like a great time for everyone!! I kept looking for a giant unpainted mining truck and a big D-11 but after reading cooper's post I get it. This could turn into something special in the future. Great job!! You do need more construction equipment.

It was going to be a bigger pile. I used my truck and purchased 1 cuyd at a time . First load I wheelbarrowed into the back yard, the next in the driveway. Was going to go for another yard but by then the sun was high and so was humidex so I went and sat in the shade instead.
Your more than welcome and would love it if you could join us in the future. It's 362 days away.

Do you know how much you cost the Canadian military in preparations for the Canadian invasion? Do you realize how many canoes were built for this?

Well, could have prevented all this if you would have told me about your plans to buy and move into a new house I would have reminded you of the effect and ramifications of such a choice

There's always next year and there will definitely be a bigger and better next year event.

Wait a minute......Did you say you'd ship me the dozer?......oh such a tease!

Sorry I never mentioned Mike, once I realized Cooper , Mark and Bo couldn't make it I figured it wasn't a project that needed doing....besides, I like the shade in Foxville, the driveway is a little hot to be sitting there running a hoe.

Thanks Tom. It was a great time and I agree, this could become something special for sure. I tested the waters and feeling pretty confident right now that maybe, just maybe this could be like a northern Indy type gathering.
And of course open to all such as those in Michigan, Indiana, Illinois...hop skip and jump for some

time for some practice with my new dozer night and day operating a powerful, metal dozer compared to the plastic ones I've built.
