I believe RCLogger uses off set gear motors from Servocity for his dozers (check his thread in the construction section). Here is a link to the motor (I think):

Some of them have a worm gear on the shaft. That is about all I rember as it has been a very long time since I have had one of them appart.

Also check "surplus center" sometimes they also have small air and hydraulic cyliners for a few dollars.

They are located in Lincoln Neb
