These are hooked up to a trailer I recently got but have never used or dealt with them before

Any Ideas what they are?

Yeah, my camera isn't the best in taking close up shots...Those are not it though...These have a small plastic piece on the end...hard to tell by the pic

Yep you found it. They are a one way fit plug to prevent it from being plugged in the wrong way.
