I remember going camping with my parents up the north end of the island and going on a logging road to a place called devils pond and coming around a corner and meeting a truck like this. Dad came to a stop so did the truck and we were looking at the font back axle of the massive truck. Brings back lots of memories love the look at the build. I sure got lots of ideas for my build

Great pics Reg. The right angle and depth.... So your great at fishing, a master tin basher and know good photography. It's gotta be that west coast air! keep up the great work and don't ever let this thread die off just because the build is done!

Thanks Nate, We haven't had any amount of snow here for a couple years now. It seems every time the rest of the island gets some it misses us. Don't tell anyone though because there's already too many people moving here...

Yes it was a nice treat! Been pouring here since but looks to be clearing up again today. Get that yarder finished! Any updates?

I remember doing a similar thing on the way back from Nitnat. Scared the crap out of us for sure! Big trucks for sure! I can't wait to see what you come up with.

Haha, yeah right! I don't think I am great or a master of much but I get by. I think you are right though, it all that salt air...

The thread won't die as long as people like yourself find it interesting to look at my cheesy pictures and videos.

I brought the real truck out today to haul around the toys. I thought this was a good way to show the size difference. The lowbed isn't even as wide as it should be for scale width. I was a little nervous driving the Hayes on and off of the trailer but it was actually fairly easy. The Hayes goes slow very well...The KH, not so much.
