Your grille looks amazing! Did you file and sand the grille surround's inner contour after it was soldered together, or before hand? You have so much patience!

@ Nathan: Yes, it was filed and saned after the soldering was completed. It was a job for round about 4 hours. After had my hands were no longer usable for the evening and my wife grumbled about the brass dust around my working table

But it was definitely worth the work.
