I really don't like using bolts to hold together things that would be welded on a 1:1 but welding really thin metal doesn't come easy for me. The other thing is strength...I'm used to building things heavy and not worrying just like you do but the smaller stuff you have to be careful! My hats off to the guys that can find a way to jam all the goodies into a 1/14 model though! Anything you need, just let me know. If I can help I will be glad to! |

Holy cow that thing is massive! I really wanted to build my yarder in 1/10 but the size would be outrageous with styrene. Maybe someday I'll learn to weld as good as you
