Default Tamiya support legs fitted to a carson low loader

I saw on German EBay via the RCtrucking site, a Carson low loader fitted with a set of Tamiya motorised Support legs and decided to have a go at fitting a set to my Carson low loader trailer and here is the result, as you can see I had to move the king pin forwards to clear the motor of the support legs and shorten the rubbing plate and cut the frame rail nearest the legs motor. but it does not take any strength away from the trailer because most of the weight is supported by the sides of the trailer, the mounting brackets were made from a portion of a redundant Tamiya pole trailers frames and have been notched to get the legs as far back as possible and they are supporting part of the frame and not relying solely on the screws that hold the deck down to support the weight of the trailer, also they have been bolted thought the deck to hold them in place.

Thanks Tc
update
I decided to move the support leg's operating switch from the support leg location to the frame of the trailer; I also decided to add 5mm to the bottom of the legs because on a solid floor as opposed to carpet the Scania's fifth wheel was too high to go under the trailer properly

Nice work. Having the electric legs on two trailers, I know how great an upgrade this is for your low loader.
