Re: I sold my baby today.....
I know the feeling. Been trying/thinking of selling my 83 buick electra park ave. has 78k kms on it and fairly loaded. It's very new feeling though. its like stepping back into the early 80's!
Once again though it barely gets driven. Gravel roads to work = NOPE! And now I have my 73 F100 that is a go anywhere vehicle so it gets to go to work and that just makes the park ave sit even more...

Re: I sold my baby today.....
Hey, is that one of those buicks with the spring loaded front grill that can collapse inward? Always loved old buicks. Growing up a friend of mine had a 65 wildcat with the 403. Red exterior with white interior, what a beautiful boat of a car that was.
You know what they say, nothing worse for a vehicle than letting it sit for long periods. |

Re: I sold my baby today.....
I am in the same boat but for different reasons ..i have my 85 Toyota 2wd xtracab in my garage and my 1972 Lincoln Mark iv(California car) in my driveway...i have had zero time to finish the little work i have left to do on them .And it seems i cannot find anybody to do the work for me ..nobody is in to the classic and older vehicles especially if they are not muscle cars ...well my lincoln has got the 460 cu 4 barrel carb and puts out 365hp stock the way it is ...lol...Anyway i am at that fork in the road...do i sell one or both or? It is a very hard decision to make ..time will tell....anyway mario...you are not an idiot ..just a man with a plan
