Re: HIAB X-HIPRO 1058 loader crane
Hi guys, it's been a slow progress with this, but I got something done.
I got the slew motor mounted, and made some brackets to mount the crane to frame.

Re: HIAB X-HIPRO 1058 loader crane
I got the bed pretty much done. It's all brass, except sideboards and posts. It's soldered together.
The sideboards and posts are removable.

Re: HIAB X-HIPRO 1058 loader crane
Very interesting method for anchoring tie-downs. Never seen that before. Your idea or is that method actually used on trucks where you live?

Re: HIAB X-HIPRO 1058 loader crane
Here are the 3d printed mud guards.
I also got back working with the support legs. I was first thinking that I use two separate cylinders for the two sections, but now I'm considering one cylinder with steel wires and pulleys. Both options are hard to make due the lack of room inside the square tubing.
