wire size
Can anyone please guide me what is the smallest gauge wire I can use on pre-wired LEDs they are only running 9 volts space it tight so I need to keep the bulk of them down thanks in advice

What wire size are they prewired with? Use that or next bigger size.
Blindly answering, I'd probably go with something around 22g or 24gauge. If you hate yourself enough, you could probably even get by with enamel coated magnet wire down to like 30g - 32g. Bench check the wire length and load circuit, if wires get warm either go to bigger gauge wire or add more current limiter resistance. Wire loses heat dissapation ability vs free air if you're running in conduit, heatshrink, housings, glue...

Like Friz said.... 22-24g
I use 22-24g sometimes if space is an issue but most of the time I just run it on 18g because it's easier to work with and I have a bunch of it....plus you don't have to worry about current load to the LEDs |
