Well fellas looks like Greg let the Cat out of the bag, so to speak. Greg and I did a little horse trading in the spring and we both started our part of the build then. He did the chassis and I'm doing the box. The machine I chose was the Cat D400E ejector.

Greg worked his magic and turned out a great chassis and cab assembly by mid summer and I took the summer off and fell behind. Fabricated the box out of steel and aluminum with a lot of the work done on my mill. Progressed this far and now have the tail gate operating as per the video. Here's a couple of pictures so far



I was able to find some of these small gear motors used for rc aircraft landing gear and the fit in where the hydraulics cylinders for the dump door goes and the speed is just about right

The real machine has two cylinders but I used the other side to install micro switches to control the open and closed function and have them on the the radio gear switch.

Now it's on to the ejector shuttle and slider, thanks for looking Rob

You better get that ADT ready to go to work, as Reg will need help to make his Dirt Bike Track Flat ! He has to knock those jumps down before he breaks a finger nail...
Lots of dirt to move. Full time work for a few years ! hhaha
