Default New Ray Yale forklift

I tried to do some searching but I did not find a how to on the yale forklift conversion but I have had no luck if there is not one let me know and I will post up pics and descriptions how I did mine

I don't recall seeing one on RCT&C, but have seen them over the years on other forums. You can upgrade the guts to hobby grade, but the mast performance still leaves something to be desired on the ones I have driven. I just use mine stock and tolerate the performance. Post it up!

edit: did find in search, but no reason you can't share too.
