Default Re: My train garden

Here are a couple pics and videos of my dad’s G Scale trains. He was tired of the dirty track so we made a coal car into a RC powered source that he could use with several different trains. The one problem was it was a coal car, even thug he could turn off the sound he still had to pull it with the diesel’s engines as well. So for his birthday I set up a box car with a receiver ESC and the knockoff Servonaught SMX that RC4WD sells. The plugs on the car and the train are made so that they will only plug in one way so the train is always going the same way with the trigger through. It sounds good and he is happy as can be. Her really likes being able to turn the sound on and off from the radio and being able to control the horn as well. This also works out good for me as he keeps my 12V battery packs cycled.

The Videos were done on garden #2 where I first got to try out my track loader.
