This is a really cool truck! Access to the waterjet really helps with correct dimensions and repetitive cuts - and with great accuracy.

I've re-read all the pages and did not see a reference to where to got the inside steering gear sector.?.? Saw the servo info with pinion gear. Did you make the big gear sector?

Anyway, awesome truck.

Hi Ken glad you like the truck so far......yes the steering segment arm is also cut with a waterjet, a 32P internal spur gear is about the smallest the machine will cut and the root section of the gear is a bit off, the reason is the size of the kerf cut by the nozzle which is about .030" so that means the smallest radius it can cut is half that size or .015"...Hope this makes sence...

Here are a couple more pics of the steering gear set up.....a few things need to be done with it yet....I just have bolt in it now and still need to make a better pivot shaft for it etc......
