I took this drawing and used the measurements at the top and did some quick scaling to get the dimension for the swing ring. It should be accurate if the drawing is to scale, all you have to do is use a scale calculator to get the dimension for your model. I'm modeling to 1/14 scale, so 55 3/8" in 1/14 scale is 3.96"

Thanks for this it does help . I was using my guesstimated size of 4 inches , so that was close to 3.96.

A small bit of progress on the crane. I made this service hatch, I don't know what it's supposed access on the real machine but it should come in handy to access the winch motors or a battery.
