Well dang, the styrene work looks great! You're every bit as good with that stuff as you are with metal!

It is going to be a CAT980, the Komatsu is very much the same machine. The only big difference is the CAT has two bucket tilt cylinders..

Built the logging bush Rad gaurd today, and started on the ROP's cab.

Greatness. Is your rear bumper solid styrene or did you wrap it? What did you use for the pre-cleaner? It won't be long now.

The bumper is not solid Ben, the precleaner is a old eye contact bottle with a plastic top that I spun on the lathe..

Well done Greg!

If your bumper is hollow, then did you fill it BB's? What's the loader's gvw?

Now for the vids!

I'm thinking I may come out to see you guys this summer, if our schedules will sync, been 5yrs since I was there last & you guys have built alot of interesting pieces in that short amount of time.

Awesome Greg! And just in time for next weekends show!
I must admit that I'm pretty stoked to be in the drivers seat still. I've always wanted to operate one of your machines. It looks like I need to defrost the front window though before I can get to loading!

Joe I was surprised to see that this machine's weigh is 20.5 lbs. I hope that is enough, if not I can add weight to the belly pan..

Video's are next as well as the decals. Looking forward to getting together this summer.. ttyl

Dam! Perfect speed and cycle times? I'd like to see it head to head with Lou's Wedico to compare power and speeds. Fantastic job Greg.
