I have used stuff like this and it looks great to tidy up a wire loom. But most of my applications have been in in automotive or in traffic signal cabinets haven't used any on the scale trucks.

In the past I have used heat shrink tubing small zip ties and adhesive backed mounting tabs like these http://www.altex.com:80/75-x-75-Moun...4-P140091.aspx
