Default Knight Hauler Stock Lights

Hi all, I don't like the rear stock lights that come with the Knight Hauler. Can anybody point me in the direction for something a little more realistic or custom. Much appreciated

Hi flamefighter47 , I use the Wedic tail lights http://www.gardentrucking.com/detail...d#.VZycb0ZOVko
and mount them using the knight hauler tail light brackets and four 2mm screws / nuts and 8 washers
You will also need to replace the 5mm LEDs with 3mm ones and the reverse light will need to be a 3mm x 2 on a Y lead and a lot of patients sorting out the the wiring,
There are pics of the tail lights on my build thread under " Knight Hauler 2 " in the Aus truck section.

Cheers Tracy

It all depends on the look you are going for. The knight hauler set isn't bad but what I did was get rid of the amber lens and go with all red. The other thing I've done is use the Cascadia taillight set which is the most realistic out of all the one's Tamiya does and looks like what most trucks come out of the factory with. From there you can always look at a custom mount like the one PMD does for holding your lights or design and build your own.

You'll have to order a few parts trees to get it but the best place is usually eBay if not Tamiyausa.com

Hi Mav, are you using the stock shocks also or do you know where you can get oil filled shocks, but not those neon ones off of ebay. Sorry to be a pain.

A couple of mine I've used the new oil filled shocks from Tamiya and a couple I'm still using the stock shock but just painted the bodies.

These are the new oil filled. http://www.stellamodels.com.hk/56515...cs-p-5646.html
