Thank you for all the best wishes..This was somewhat unexpected but you know a good deal only comes around once in a while. The chaos that has followed will hopefully be well worth it. Please keep your fingers crossed. It's a bigger house, bigger yard and potential galore. Looks like there will have to be a fleet of RC's used for leaf removal! Mario, you better buy an excavator with a brush rake! Seriously though, it looks like a really nice backyard and the empty basement sounds great too! I hope it works out for you guys!
