hey wondering what would be the downfall to using dot3 brake fluid as hydraulic fluid? will it kill the pump seals or what ever? please replay thanks

Brake fluid, alcohol based- higher boiling point-higher freezing point-eats hydraulic seals

Hydraulic fluid, petroleum based- eats brake seals.
