Yes I believe IZZY has built one. You'll have to do some searching for it, but there have been some bellys made, and nice ones too.

Swewt ! I don't get a lot of time on here, my woman kicks me off quick! To many ideas, plus it all on my phone so when I try to do a search every time I click to start typing it disappears! So I can't quick search it I have to look threw every page!
