A quick build, nothing fancy. Still need to scrounge some front suspension pieces and then get the cab mounted permanently, make a deck plate and mount electronics.

I like the stance. Looks like a big bull bumper would fit right in/or not. It's your build and your doing a great job.

Thanks for the comments guys, the front is a little high and will be corrected when I get the front suspension in place. Haven't decided on a front bumper yet but thanks for the idea!:D

I like the high front end, makes it look ready to tackle the construction site or logging trail, heck the CDOT Mack's have that high stance on their 1:1's and look extra tough.

You kinda lost me with "the derby" Izzy, if you meen the truck rodeo, that had nothing to do with it. It is simply spare parts I have. The wheel base is to long for a good rodeo truck. A stock Globe or any thing on a stock globe chassis would be my choice. Single axles would definitely have an advantage I would think.

Thanks Tracy! I have a few parts to order and other things to do so it'll be a week or two before I have any more updates on this build.

I've got to agree with that statement! :( Friday night I got home from work and sat down to order parts and found out someone hacked my bank card and my account was locked. Had to wait until Saturday morning just to see my account due to everything being online they even block your password. As it turns out they were able to shut the card down before any damage was done. A charge was made and declined in Italy and one in Australia which didn't post due to the card being cancelled by the bank! Problem is I can't order anything until I get the new card . Then I find out last night that I'll be out of town most of this weekend. I'm just glad they caught as quick as they did!:cop::)

Wow, sorry to hear that, mine got woken a few years ago, and my bank caught it too, but it sucks that you have to wait now. I too, am excited to see what you can do with "spare parts", heck, that'd be a cool name for the truck.

Indys getting close so I got to get busy. Got this thing close. I'm missing one of the long bolts for mounting a quarter fender. I need to finish the battery mount, fifth wheel servo and should probably plug every thing back into the receiver :p.

Modified the trailer I built at Indy, seen one like this supporting a large hydraulic crane. The company's out of Grand Rapids Mi. I will eventually paint it, just haven't decided on a scheme yet. I have to make a DOT bumper for it and pull the flooring up to remove the support leg trip mechanism.
