Is there any way to attach the body (that the body can still be removed) without using the screws on the side? I want to fill those holes in to make it look better.

I used chrome scale bolts from RC4WD in my body mount holes and that helped out a lot. Just an idea.

Cool thanks. I'll make that plan B. I'm still gonna try and figure out a way without using those holes. And Nice truck.

Not sure how well this would work but what about mounting those super strong neodymium magnets with an epoxy/glue and some pieces of metal (small washers maybe) on the other piece(s). Just a thought...

On my first knight hauler build I left the four body screws out as the body is heavy enough with the speaker in the roof / ac unit / beacons / stone guard / rear spot light / fire extinguishers and the after market stacks on the body and never gave me a problem with it moving with out the screws also I didn't want to scratch the paint when the screws are in........
But on my second knight hauler the four body screws will go in as the hood will be tilting as the cab moves a little without them..

I haven't tried this, but what about that really heavy velcro stuff...not the kind that has a soft side I am talking about the industrial stuff? That might work if you can get it hidden...

Believe it or not you don't have to use anything...My last two builds there are no screws holding body on its just sits right in place body stays .....
