I am building a 4 valve block for my excavator, it is almost the same one shown on this site earlier, my problem is the ports to go to the cyls are only about 3/8" apart center to center. I have spent hours on the net trying to come up with push lock fittings ( 1/8 tube into 10/32 thread ) I have purchased two sets of fittings however neither will mount side by side in the manifold. I see parts made by others showing fittings with a knurled pattern on the outside, cannot find them.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Terry

Have you checked out SMC? I think the push locks are physically larger than barb fittings with a sleeve. A lot of guys here use barb fittings, although in metric.

Thanks for your replies, I may have to rethink and go metric with barbs.

Crusher

I always use Festo fittings the small series have 4 and 6MM lines the fitting has one end threaded 5mm (I use a 8-32 tape, and 1/8 NPT, the other end is a push in for the tube. Elbows come with a swivel so you can place them beside each other, rated 150PSI but these smaller sizes will take 300PSI as that's what I run my models.

Beswick is another really good fitting company for standard threads
