Hi All,
Found a scaler trailer last year and finally getting around to working on it. Next step is to build some ramps for it, any suggestions?

Was thinking of these ramps but not sure if I could build them.

That type of trailer usually have solid diamond-plate ramps that are loose. They usually stow inside the rear of the trailer and you slide them out and hook them on a lip on the rear of the trailer.

Yeah, I was looking into the solid removable ramps but figured for ease of use and to not have them get lost I would try these kind. I like how the example was built but might have a bar across the whole back that allows me to move the ramps based on what vehicle I tow.

Tea's in Rochester, MN. It's a fun track and the owners have put a lot of money into it to make it racer/family friendly (great lighting, lots of pit area, nice bathrooms and great food options).

We actually have a few guys from South Dakota race with us a lot, one is even the track announcer at Badlands raceway.

If you are ever in the area during a weekend just swing by, Saturdays are the race days. Doors open at 1pm and we get out at between 9-11 depending on the car count.

Some of the racers would be blown away with the work that you do, patience in racing and patience in building a scale build is a night and day difference!

Very good idea of the trailer, do you have any video of that car in progress?

The car on the trailer is a IMCA Style modified cars, the video of the track we race at below shows Sprint Cars with Mod motors.

Looks like a blast! But on topic I like the hinged ramps personally just for the fact that when your hauling the car around you cannot see the ramps if their hidden under the trailer.
