My construction company needed a new tractor to pull our newly acquired dozer (thanks Lynn!) on our soon to be acquired lowboy trailer. I used the Globe Liner I got from Smiley last year at Indy, one of Russ' IH grills and bumpers, the radio I got from Truckmaker, an MFU I had laying around plus a few other pieces form PMD and came up with this IH 4370. Photo Bucket and I usually don't get along well so I hope the photo links work.

Thanks Kent! I'm anxious to get the notice that the RC4WD lowboys are in! Backordered one through Tower Hobbies back around Christmas.

Picked up an Izzy Built from Lynn. Great machine, can't wait to get it working in the rubber next meet.

Got good news this morning!
I received a confirmation email from Tower Hobbies that my RC4WD lowboy shipped Friday. Should see it sometime this coming week. Pictures and a mini review on arrival.

Very nice collection, the lowboy, truck and dozer will look great together. Wonder if Steve or somebody could turn you some baby moons to cover those axle hole in your wheels.

LOL! Thanks Lynn,
Yeah, baby moons have been on my list of things I really need to make but haven't gotten to for a while now. I had to order some more aluminum stock for the wrecker so I may have to get on the caps soon. I need to see if I can find an old school "swing tool" for a desktop lathe. It'll make it a lot easier to keep the radius uniform between caps since I don't have access to CNC. Surrounded by them every day at work and no way to sneak in a "project." Be a little small for a LU3000M too!

Looks good, I have a question is that on a king hauler chassis ?

Cheers Tracy

Thanks!
Good eye! Yes, I wanted to give it just a little extra length and had an unused set of King Hauler frame rails on hand.

The length does look great! I wonder if anybody has ever put a Globeliner on Grand Hauler rails?

Thanks for that, was thinking dropping of my cab on king rails but wasnt sure till I saw your rig it has a nice length to it as I want a old school look.
