Fumotec not selling to US?

I got a pretty nice bonus at work and decided I wanted to buy a machine from Fumotec. I emailed them earlier this week and got back the following reply:

"Hello Stewart,
I am sorry for the late reply.
Currently we do not sell to US or Canada due to liability issues.
We are working on this Problem and are trying to get this sorted.
If you are still interested we can keep you updated in the future.
Thank you very much for your interest in our products.

You can pay for an address overseas specifically to have your parcels forwarded to you. Google mail forwarding services there are plenty out there ;)

Honda, the OP was inquiring on fumotec (not any specific model). Your comment might be incorrectly located (perhaps you meant to write in the rc4wd 360l thread?) and therefore out of place in here.

Just to clarify, the fumotec 490 is on a different league compared to 360l. Not to put down the 360l or anything.
The 490 is a museum piece.

Sorry to upset you. And yes the fumotec is on a different level, as it should be considering the price. He just seemed to dislike eagle machinery, which to each his own.

Awesome.... I have an old Stahl dozer that I have modified. I am now repairing it and going to modify it more. I would love to have this Fumotec Dozer as well.
That Komatsu is the way to go. Have you built any other model kits yet?

I have a Carson LR 634 with Liembach hydraulics so far. I am needing a machine to use while my Carson is on the bench lol.

We sell world wide! So sales to the US are NO problem at all

It's great to hear that us in the USA can now buy these products! Now if we can only get Servonaut to sell directly to us as well. I LOVE their motors, speed controllers, as well as sound & light kits!
