Hi,
I´m very happy with both the feeder and the belt. They work propper and they guarantee a continuous feeding of the sewing plant.
With my setup the short conveyor belt reaches it´s limits (steepness), but there wasn´t enough space for the long one.

@all: thanks

Looking good Ulrich... in the videos, the speed of the feeder conveyers, is that its top speed?

Hi Joe,
the feeder and the belt both run at the constant speed you see in the movie. The ammount of material leaving the feeder is controlled by a shutter at the exit. I hope you get what I mean, still no native speaker :D

I can take a picture later.
bye
Ulrich

Looking good Ulrich
Very nice work is it CNC machined or laser cut ?

Ulrich

Hi Mark,
thank you. The parts are laser cut. I made a small series of parts cause it's cheaper than just ordering one. Once the cam-program is set, it's only the runtime and material you have to pay.
