Frizz,
What browser and operating system are you running? I think they got me restricted because I'm running on an iPad or phone and there is no option for bbcode. I tried the chrome browser and so far I haven't found a work around...:o

Video thumbnail?
Frizz,
Can we (you) do the same thumbnail with a YouTube video?
And, I was able to finally figure out how to open flicker in a chrome browser window and get to the bbcode script but I don't think it is going to let me copy the entire script so that I could past the required bit here. Can you paste the actuL full script so I can compare to what I see in the browser? I don't think I see the part to the right of the little window where it stops and won't let me scroll or copy to the buffer.
Thanks for the help!

I'm on an android phone.
On flicker, request desktop page, computer version, or whatever the NOT 'Mobile' option is called in your browser. Then it should give the row of stuff below pic on right, find the goofy looking arrow.
Here I broke the script for an image. bbcode, select all, copy, paste

Out of all that, you only need

I'll have to do more research about video embed, i don't know how to do that, or if its possible with the forum software. I still haven't made a youtube account to need to know
It's no problem, some guy with a lathe helped me out :) , pay it forward to the community with stuff i know how to do...

Jim,
I tried Flickr on my iPad Pro and the app wouldn't work because it doesn't give you the code you need. It worked fine on my PC but that's not why I use an iPad. I use https://postimg.org, works great on my iPad and I only upload the photos I want to post on the forum and always keep the originals.

Kent, that seems perfect! I didn't even have to create an account or anything! Is there a catch? I guess I'll try that for a while and see how it goes. How long have you been using it? If you set the age to anything less that never expire, or whatever they called it, I guess the link will break when it gets deleted at the date of expiration?
Thanks for the post!

Frizz,
That detail you posted helps me. I get the left half or part of the code, but it won't let me copy all of the script or code into the buffer. It is a big pita cause I have to do the open in browser to get that far, then it won't let me scroll past the field displayed on the screen. Not sure if it is the chrome browser or what, but I'm gona keep looking, might try what Kent suggested.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the forum there's a section specifically to run tests.

Thanks, I started looking for that and gave up before I got that far, I expected to see it in the general section and when it wasn't there or closer than 9' from the top of the forum I quit looking.
