Very cool prototype vehicle and a really nice start! Was the prototype built on a T34 chassis or the T54?

BAT-M

Speed-track bulldozer BAT-M (object 405) formed on the carriage of heavy artillery tractor AT-T (object 401), who was introduced to the Polish Army (purchased only 2 copies of the trial).

However, he became the basis for the construction of several heavy engineering vehicles, special earthmovers, commonly used in our army from the 60s: BAT-M (fast bulldozer), BTM-3 (multi-scoop excavator) and MDK-2 (cutter excavator).

BAT-M was used for: the construction of roads, land leveling and bulk materials parting, preparation stations, performing to pass through the contaminated sites, ditches and ravines, heap removing, shrubs, as well as clearing snow. The vehicle was equipped with a crane with a lifting capacity of 2000 kg.

Length / Width (transport position – working / height: 7.05 / 4 – 5 / 3.75 m
Weight: 27.5 t
Crew: 2 people
Drive: diesel engine W-401 or A-401G system V12 liquid-cooled power of 415 hp
Maximum speed on the road / during operation: 35 / 1.5 – 16 km / h

That is an improvement, hood angle looks a lot better and the panel lines really help. Looking good!

there is still a large amount of details to add but all the electrics are done. I have a new six channel tx coming as I would like to have all controls as a 3 position toggle leaving only the right stick for forward reverse and steering.
Controlling six motors was a big challenge but I fought through and got it all working. now I have to try to get some lights and decide on the inside full interior or black out the windows and no interior the work continues

much thanks it was a tough build there are tings that worked and some that did not the screw dive lift cylinders wobble terribly have some new ones on order the winch never stays in the spool but it will all get fixed soon
