The screening plant sorts the soil (clay, earth, pebble) in four diffrent compartments.

Three compartments are roofed, one compartment is outside the screening plant.

The rotary drum sorts the grains for the various compartments 3mm, 6mm and 12mm. All bigger sized soil goes to the outside sort place.

Four engines work for the vibration of the trough and the rotary of the drum. In the trough is a slope to bring the soil forward.

The roofed compartments are well lighted with the supplied LED-stripes.

With a good design concept the screening plant cleaning is a breeze and claims few minutes only.

Technical data:

Total length: 1200mm

Drum length: 900mm

Trough heigth: 520mm

Trough inner length: 205mm - 340mm (with slope)

Compartments width: 270mm

Compartments depth: 330mm

Total weigth: 16KG

Material: Metall

The screening plant will be supplied as buildkit without paint.

All component parts are included with delivery. No welding work needed!

that looks nice great idea to make these as I'm sure some people are wanting one.
edit just seen it's €980 that's a fair bit of money.

That’s including the 19% VAT. We North Americans don’t pay that, but you will most likely end up paying duty on it at delivery. But yeah German equipment ain’t cheap.

Wow that's pricey.
But cool toys aren't cheap and cheap toys aren't cool

Looks like a good design, fine details. At 820 USD, no tax, it's about 20% higher priced than a similar kit made in Taiwan, which is not this detailed, so pricing is about 'normal' I would guess. Remember this is low production numbers, handmade.
Metal Hobi is based in Turkey, where production costs still is a bit lower then western Europe. They have established a sales department in Germany now, which is the biggest single marked for such products.
