Google is good source. Some more to find there. just put in: geared brushless motors . and dig around.

There are high end industrial brushless motors avaiable, but those motors one see in scale models are usually DIY, at a reasonable cost. One start out with a standard brushed gearmotor, mostly a planetary gear as for example from 'MFA Como drills', or similar under different brand. The brushed motor is removed and the pinion is mounted on to a brushless motor. It's a bit tricky and one need some mechanical know-how, calculation rpm, finding suiable gearbox and motor with not too large shaft diameter compared to the pinion and so on.
The advantage with brushed gearmotor is the high power in a compact space. Disadvantage is that brushless motors does not have a natural 'engine brake' function, as the brushed motors have. I always try to use brushed motors where possible.

Try fumotec I've got brushless gearmotors all round on my Bell B45 from them.
