Just curious if this tipping mechanism can be used on a king hauler dump truck conversion build with any luck? I do not recall seeing many people use it so I was curious if there is fitment issues or anything.

Thanks guys

There are some videos on youtube of the new Tamiya Arocs tipper truck with this actuator kit. It does the job, but be aware it's pretty slow, takes like 40 seconds + to get the box up. More optimum is max 10-15 seconds. It's a general use system, can be adapted to any 1/14 truck with a dump box approx 35-40cm length

ahhh, I had to watch some operating videos of it and your right that is a very slow system! and it doesnt look like it gets as much angle to the dump box as Id like to see either.

I used it in my arocs tipper and boy is it slow, I am now looking for a Hydraulic pump and cylinder to replace the motor driven parts of the actuator, because at 40 seconds+ to raise then lower the bed is nuts

scottyk the dump angle is OK, just darn slow raising and lowering the dump box
