Hey everyone,

First time poster but long time lurker. I have been lurking around for a few years now and have finally decided to make my own conversion and builds. I started with the bruder conversions but thought the actuators I made were a little slow and week. Earlier this year I was able to design a pump, valve, and cylinders and finally finished making them. I would like to know if anyone would be interested in pumps, valves and cylinders for their conversions and builds. I understand we can buy them overseas from Europe but they are pretty expensive and I hate waiting lol. I noticed the Chinese pumps arent the best but are a decent deal so I would like to keep them around the same price but with better materials. The pump I designed is the basic gear pump and housing is aluminum but is able to hold 20 bar no problem and has more than enough flow. If there is enough people wanting them I would like to have them made out of steel. I will post pictures of what I have made. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks for reading and I look forward to hearing from you guys.

from magom rc:

Huina 583 loader:

https://www.magomhrc.com/en/huina-583/2933-hydraulic-kit-huina-583.html

full hydro kit with servos and esc, pump, motor, valve block, tubing, oil, and alu brace : 600 bucks

https://www.magomhrc.com/en/huina-583/1689-hydraulic-kit-huina-583.html

same kit without servos, motor and esc: 548 bucks

what's your price, and any pics?

I added attachments to the post but I do not see the pictures either. I will do my best to post some pictures. I have attached them again, hopefully it works. As far as price goes I would like to get it lower than magomhrc prices. Dont get me wrong though, I do think those prices are decent. But there is the shipping costs and the dreaded waiting time lol. I think it would be awesome to have a hydraulic rc company based here in the states.
I would also like to be a little more "scale" than the cylinders that I can find on the internet and such. I am also in the process of creating CAT look a like cylinders which are smaller than the ones I have made or can be bought at reasonable prices.

Direct attaching doesn't work here. Need to put the Url in ubb-style 'img' tags. I would have quoted some of those into pics here, but you have GOT to resize those down first!

Iooks pretty interesting though

:D Thank you sir. I tested one of the cylinders and it pulled 20lbs on the fish scale @ 10 bar with the smaller motor in the pics. I just installed an 1/8 scale brushless motor and oh my! I don't have the gauge on but it blew off the pressure line when I gave it 75% throttle. Had to have been around 30 bar. I am quite surprised as I am a newbie when it comes to a lathe and mill. I know how to 3d model and such so its kind of easy for me when its on paper but still surprised. I think if the housing were steel it would pump better. I can tell the aluminum housing wont last nearly as long as a steel one.

A U.S. based supplier for hydraulic pumps, valves, & cylinders, I LOVE the idea!

Sign me up. Starting to build some RC tractors & would LOVE a US-based supplier for the hydraulic components!

Hello again,
I was able to make the valve and pump much smaller with the same amount of power and output. I have redesigned the turret gears and mounting and am very happy with the new design (I will try and make another post with pictures). I wont be using the pump I designed for the kit I would like to sell but I will be using a steel pump made in italy that is designed for 150 bar. I will keep the valve design because it is compact enough. Hopefully I can make it all fit as a drop in kit for the bruder and huina. It would all be mounted to a steel or aluminum plate that would need to be bolted down to turret like in the pics.
