Is the event center one of the places that mandate a Rona vaccine proof prior to allowing people to attend?

The Sept 2021 gathering did not require documentation. Venue was with doors open and fans running.
Since February is in winter, conditions will be different. Probably recommended social distancing and maybe masks?? This is my guess and will depend on State & County health status at time.

Is there power for charging batteries. What will be at the event?

Yes, tables, chairs and power outlets. There will be big rigs, construction equipment and related RC vehicles. Bridges, one with grate for dumping to a conveyor below, loading conveyor, at least one pit for loading from, roads, buildings, loading docks, and plenty of action. Lots of fun!

Keep within your party and social distance with others when possible.

Hotels - we do not have an event agreement with any hotel this year. Bit just north of the site (2 exits) on I-65 are several hotels with very reasonable rates.
